We declare the patient to be mentally ill and capable of administering his goods and finances. We recommend voluntary treatment.

Although a voluntary patient (en cure libre), I was incarcerated and prevented even to call outside the ward (See the next exhibit). According to the law (Art. 17, Geo. VI, Ch. 31), a voluntary patient can leave the hospital at will.
