215According to the preceding exhibit I was "voluntary patient" and in addition to the law (Art. 17, Geo. VI, Ch. 31), I was free to leave the hospital and to phone to anyone. This is, beside many others, one proof of flagrant violation of the law and my fundamental human rights.
