Mental Progress (translation):
24/3/72 Unfortunately, we haven't been able to see Dr. Delev these last fifteen days due to a vacation, but today we saw that he is anxious, his hands tremble, and he demands to be released in a more aggressive fashion than usual (emphasis added). We feel obliged to warn his wife that he may soon be released for good and will wait for her reply in order to see what kind of attitude she will have regarding our decision. The patient is keeping himself busy; he sustained attacks from a certain M. Duguay, a patient in the St-Gabriel Ward, luckily without any major after-effects. The patient has obvious marks on his face, around his left eye, from the attacks he received yesterday and today. The patient (M. Duguay) is isolated. Our patient, Dr. Delev, is keeping himself busy. We intend to accelerate his discharge in order eventually to (let him) go to continue English course in Hamilton. For the time being, because of the long hospitalization, the patient displays an anguish much more evident than before. He shows a degree (sic) of impatience to leave the hospital permanently. We are contemplating to talk to Dr. Legault as soon as we receive an answer from his wife.
F. Juretic |
It was not an exaggeration when I wrote about the mental and physical tortures in St. Jean de Dieu Hospital. I was at the mercy of three monsters - my ex-wife, Dr. Legault and Dr. Juretic. The psychiatrists attempted: first "to prove" that I was indeed dangerous, and second, to accomplish their vicious "therapeutic policy" to make me believe I was really sick, they interned me with dangerous patients as a punishment so that I would suffer both mentally and physically.
In the court Dr. Juretic stated that I had been unwilling to leave the hospital, and the judge accepted his argument, but the following note is the best proof to the contrary. The doctor was lying with his hand on the Bible. The reader should make his own conclusions.
Finally, Dr. Juretic is a psychiatrist. Why does he consider Dr. Legault and my wife in making his decision?
