See For Yourself-
The Nolans Pictures...
It's understandable that you may have built up images in your mind of what Nolans characters look like. But if you're wanting to see what the people behind the voices really look like, now is your chance...

From
the very beginning of recording for The Nolans back in late 2001,
Tristan Bloor played the part of Jeffery Nolan exceptionally well, and
series 5 in mid 2003 was his best effort ever! Tristan is also one of Aaron's best friends. |

|
This was the recording of a Series 5 Nolans episode, starring Tristan Bloor as Jeffery, Darren Hamilton as Darren, and Tim Cox as Bob Prike. Is this how you imagined them to look? |
|
|
It
was great to have Tim Cox back in The Nolans playing the part of
Bob Prike again during Series
5. Tim also played the part of Bob back in early 2002 when Series 2 of The Nolans was recorded and went to air. |

This
tiny area is not only where most of The
Nolans
episodes were recorded, but it is also where they were edited on computer
and transferred to CD so they could be played on air. As well as that, this tiny area is also Aaron's bedroom! |

This is the cast from The Nolans Series 3. From left to right: Matt Isaac as Gavin, Stacey Chilcott as Nasha, Stacey Bentley as Ebony, Aaron recording, Shaun Kestle as Johnny, and Tristan Bloor as Jeffery. The cast altered quite a lot in the next 2 series, but was just as good, if not better. |

Fans
of The Nolans may remember that episode in Series
3 when, just
before Jeffery was kidnapped by Johnny, he went to the toilet. The sound
effects were amazing! This episode is remembered by the whole Nolans cast as one of the funniest moments ever, when recording the series. Of course Tristan wasn't really going to the toilet when acting out his part as Jeffery! Check out the next picture to see how it was done... |
| It
doesn't take many people to produce a series of The Nolans. Well,
it's more like there aren't many people around to help produce a
series of The Nolans! During Series 3, Shaun Kestle, (shown left) who played Johnny also stepped in to help create "the toilet scene", one of the funniest moments in Nolans history. All he did was pour water down the toilet while Tristan (Jeffery) read his script and whistled as if it was him going to the toilet! |
