
Any stations licensed to operate on this frequency are invited to participate in the net.
The purpose of this net is to maintain a core of trained amteurs to provide backup communications where needed.
This is a controlled net, but can be interrupted at any time if there is emergency traffic to be transmitted.
The Pine Valley Repeater Amateur Radio Club meets monthly on the 3rd Thursday at 7:00 p.m.
Meetings are held in the Conference Room of the Richland County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) on the lower floor of the Richland County Courthouse. The address is: 181 W. Seminary St. in Richland
Meetings are not mandatory for Club members, but it is important to attend the meetings to keep abreast of projects, events, and activities.
Anyone interested in Amateur Radio are encouraged to attend Club meetings.

We are always looking to grow the PVR Amateur Radio Club, so if you are interested in a great hobby, and want to serve the community at the same time, contact us. You will be put on a contact list for the next Tech level class which will be conducted in the fall. Also, please attend a PVR meeting. You will meet some like-minded people who will welcome you to the wonderful world of ham radio.
