* The PRESIDENT shall preside over all regular membership and Executive Board meetings and is responsible for the overall operation of the organization. The President shall be responsible for fundraising, act as the main event coordinator, and prepare and manage the event calendar for participation of the organization in various events, and for providing communication services. The President shall be responsible for the liaison between the organization and the Richland County Emergency Management office.
* The VICE PRESIDENT shall preside in the absence of the President. The Vice President shall also keep an accurate inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials, and where this is stored. A current inventory list, in quadruplicate, shall be kept of all items and their locations. One copy of the list will be held by the Vice President, one copy will be held in the file of the Treasurer, and one copy will be held in the office of the Richland County Emergency Management. The Vice President shall also assist the President in fundraising for the organization.
* The SECRETARY shall record the minutes of the regular Club meetings, handle unit correspondence, maintain unit records, and distribute any information pertinent to the operations of the unit.
* The TREASURER shall control and maintain records of all Club funds, keep the membership list current and keep detailed records of other fund drives. The Treasurer will report the current balances of accounts, expenditures, and income by distributing a monthly statement.

* The SKYWARN COORDINATOR shall organize the operation of the entire SKYWARN PVR amateur radio network in accordance with the guidance and goals set forth by the National Weather Service. This is a volunteer position and the Coordinator shall be a person who can work well with NWS personnel, the PVR amateur radio operators, and to ensure stability in the position. The Coordinator must possess superior communication and coordination skills and should be readily available to the NWS, both for severe weather net activations and for consultation on amateur radio issues.
* The BOARD OF DIRECTORS is composed of the Officers of the Club plus one other member.
