| During extrusion of hot PVC, accidental overheating leads to decomposition of PVC. This produces chloride based acidic products which seep through hard chrome plated parts and attack them. Typical parts are - Spiders - Sizer dies - Screws - Mandrels Tech 12 ceramic nano particle impregnation of hard chrome plated parts completely eliminate this problem. Tech 22 ceramic coating of virgin parts also provide a solution. |
