| Tech 22 and Tech 23 are premier ceramic coatings of exceptional abrasion and corrosion resistance respectively. These coatings are applied to stainless steels and alloy steels. Typical use of these coatings are: * Textile - pig tail guides, overfeed discs - to overcome abrasion by the yarn or fiber * Pumps - plungers and shaft sleeves - to overcome abrasion and corrosion resistance Plungers and shaft sleeves can be ground to provide close dimensional tolerances. |
