They overcome abrasion, corrosion, erosion and wear of these metallic materials. They make your parts perform better. Life increase is dramatic. These unique ceramic coatings can be done on the inside cavities of parts. No other type of ceramic coating can be done on the inside of small cavities. The coatings can be ground to close dimensional tolerances. Typical coating thickness is of the order of 100 to 150 microns (4 to 6 mil) There is no distortion of the parts after the coating. |
