Did you play MASH when you were a kid? It's one of those oh-so-accurate fate games which involves you writing down a bunch of people's names and somehow systematically eliminating them until you are left with the one you're going to marry.
Mash isn't quite played the way it's handled here... but I do not have the coding skills needed to create an online MASH game that followed the rules properly. I can't even figure out how to add and configure form boxes. So we're going to go with a multiple-choice method.
You will notice that there is a series of questions for each MASH game. Before each answer choice there is a number, like so: |

(9) A. Crazy as a rabid wolverine
(12) B. Crazier than a rabid wolverine
(6) C. Probably a little off her rocker
(3) D. She's perfectly normal |

Let's say you chose to be kind and chose D. You would get 3 points for answering D. The point is not to try to get the highest score, or the lowest score, or to aim for a particular score at all. The point is to choose the answer choice that fits your interests most closely (or, if you're a cheat, the answer that you think is aiming at the character you want). The numbers are just there in order to make categories for the final outcome. Once you are finished writing down the points you got for each question, add them up, and see where your total lands you, and who you're "destined" to marry.
So. Get out a pen/pencil/crayon/etc. and some paper to write your scores down, and let's play some MASH! |
