I've been meaning to add this page for awhile now, and now I have. These site may be author sites that I enjoy muchly, or they may be fic rec sites, and such the like. They're in no particular order.
Tangible Schizophrenia
A.k.a. the fanfic home of Guede Mazaka, one of my most favorite PotC and From Hell author's ever. Like I said, if you thought her PotC stuff is good, you may like to poke around in other fandoms of hers. I, myself, am not actually one for even most of the fandoms she writes in, but I hang around just incase she ever get the jonesing for PotC again.
Blood, Love, & Rhetoric
The site of the fantastically wonderful Sleeps with Coyotes (Coyo). I originally fell in love with her PotC stuff, like Guede, but Coyo and I have many fandoms in common, so I love love love going to this site. I especially recommend her Saiyuki, FMA, and YnM fic. But really, here is definitely an author that I can (and will) read fic even if I don't know what the series is about. Very wonderful.
Keelywolfe's Fanfiction
Ah, Keelywolfe. Again, one of my favorite authors, but this time it's for her Gundam Wing series "With a Goodnight Kiss." I fell in love with that series many years ago, and I continue to hang around hoping that she'll continue on with it.
Fleeting Fancies
This is the best fanfic rec site out there. It's mostly for anime, but there just so much stuff that I'm more than sure that you can find a genre for you.
a little piece of Gundam Wing/Maldoror
Maldoror! Ah, she's such a good writer! Her Gundam Wing work is wonderful, and while I am no fan of 1x2 (being much more of a 2x5 girl myself) which is what she mostly writes, she does have several wonderful series that I very much enjoy like "Beautiful Symmetries," "Freeport," and "The Arrangement." Now, her work isn't for everyone as she can be quite dark, but really, if you have several hours to spare, totally go through this site. And when you're done, go to her Livejournal and read her Naruto work.
Cugami
Cugami is an incredibly talented artist who just so happens to love the same character that I do: Ron Weasley. Her artwork of Ron is not only beautiful but inspiring. Whenever I'm reading Harry Potter works, her Ron is the picture that I have in my head.
Snape/Weasley Archive
There is a lot of fic here for your perusal, all involving Snape and one of the Weasley's. My favorite section is the Ron section, of course.

Pentapus' Livejournal. She has the cutest chibis EVER. Seriously, she has done some the most gorgeous SGA artwork I've ever seen.
Plant Fiction by Calathea
Various fanfic by Calathea in Due South, Korman series, bandslash, etc. My favorite, despite never reading a single Korman book in my life, is the Korman slash. Make sure when you're there to read all of "A Very Long Summer" and it's ensuing sequels and the DVD commentary. Even if you've never read Korman slash, you won't regret it.
the dmz: Domenika Marzione's Fanfic
This lady is truly talented in the art of writing and I think everyone who has any fleeting interest in SGA fan works should hie themselves off to her site and read everything she has written on the subject. Also, she has the most awesomest of awesome OC's that you would ever want to read about.
