Semiconductor
News is a quarterly journal, in continuous publication by the Society
since 1992. Its primary focus has been to keep its members current with
the latest developments in the field. This is achieved through its regular
feature Frontiers of Semiconductors. It is recognized by
the International Serial Data System (ISDS) vide ISSN No.1561-1418.
