Introduction Pakistan Society for Semiconductor Science and Technology (PS3T) was established in 1989 primarily to raise awareness of the importance of research and development activity in the field of semiconductors for the development of human society, in general, and for developing countries like Pakistan, in particular. It was intended to provide a forum for the scientific and technological manpower in the Country for their closer mutual contact and scientific cooperation, leading to the overall development of the Country through strengthening of R&D effort in the field of semiconductors. |
