Article III: With Respect to Education of Children

-Children will have the right to an education fulfilling primary and secondary demand. 

-Children will have the right to attend school in a diverse environment free of segregation or discrimination. 

-The federal government will work to ensure that all public schools provide the same opportunities for all students. 

-Children will have the right to voice their opinions regarding safety and protection in the school environment.
