Article IV: With Respect to Participation in Government 

-Children enrolled in secondary schools will have unbiased candidate information made available prior to the election of State and US political offices.  (Translation:  The Government will provide children information on each candidate before an election, to help kids choose a candidate.)

-Children should be seen as a mass of citizens capable of influencing legislation and therefore have the responsibility to become politically active citizens.
