Article V: Protection from Law Officers

-Children shall not be harassed or falsely accused outside of the hospice of reasonable suspicion or probable cause, based on race, age, or other appearance unrelated to the scope of an investigation.  (Translation:  Kids will not be bothered or accused of things unless there is a reason, based on evidence.)

-Children shall not be prevented from assembling in public areas as defined by the Constitutional right to peaceable assembly.
