Weather Effects
Weather affects us all. And so I decided to put it into the RPG, as well as the Storm Shaman profession.
The weather changes every day. Therefore, at the beginning of the day, dice will be rolled to choose from possible weathers (for example, we don't expect there to be a blizzard at Lavalava Island, nor a tropical storm in Dry Dry Desert), and the weather for the day will be displayed by the earliest awake person with the authority to do so. And now, without further ado, the weather.

Types of Weather
Sunny - no effects

Cloudy - creates feelings of sadness in people

Bright Sunlight - If this happens in conjunction with rain in the course of 24 hours, cut 24 hours off the time necessary to grow stuff.

Rain - If this happens in conjunction with strong sunlight in the course of 24 hours, cut 24 hours off the time necessary to grow stuff. Makes people wet and uncomfortable.

Heat Wave - very hot (see Temperature Resistance)

Cold Snap - very cold (see Temperature Resistance)

Sandstorm - if anyone is travelling in a Sandstorm, they will take twice as long to reach their destination, and have a 10% chance of getting lost. When lost, they have a 50% chance every 15 minutes to get un-lost.

Flurries - cause serene feelings in people

Blizzard - if a person is caught in a blizzard and remains outside for 30 minutes (this number increases by 15 for each level of cold resistance), they will become frozen and cannot move. If not immediately treated (within the hour), they will die.

High Humidity - if this is in conjunction with a heat wave, a person who remains outside for 60 minutes (this number increase by 15 for each level of heat resistance) will die.

Tropical Storm - creates feelings of fear in people. If the winds get strong enough (read: dice roll on wind mph), it will become a hurricane, and cause flooding, turning low ground into river (see Swimming for effects of drowning).

(Thick) Fog -  if anyone is travelling in a thick fog, they will take twice as long to reach their destination, and have a 10% chance of getting lost. When lost, they have a 50% chance every 15 minutes to get un-lost. If the fog is also eerie (as in Forever Forest), it will cause feelings of fear in people, and the chance of become un-lost falls to 40%.

Earthquake - a dice is rolled before the earthquake to determine it's magnitude. All breakable items in the area of the earthquake have a (5X)% chance of breaking, where X is the magnitude of the earthquake. Buildings have a (2X)% chance of collapsing.

Thunderstorm - every hour during a thunderstorm, lightning may strike. A dice is rolled to see where it hits. Anything flammable burns and is destroyed. Anything metal conducts the electricity, so that if a person touches the item within the next 20 minutes, they will be electicuted, losing half their stamina. If the lightning hits a person, the person has a 50% chance of their heart stopping, and can be resuscitated within 10 minutes of the hit, or else they will die. If the lightning hits the ground, nothing happens.
