Koopa Territory:

Koopa Village: Home of the Koopas, not including the koopa leader, the village is quaint and has its own warp pipe. Mort T.'s Toad house is here, as well as a small shop. Koover lives here, along with Koopa Koot and Kolorado the famous archologist. The Koopa Backforest lies behind the village.

Koopa Seat: A small tower built in the Koopa Backforest after the tiff between the bob-ombs and the koopas caused them to give up Koopa Bros Fortress, the leader of the Koopas lives here. The tower seems to have frightened away the fuzzies.

Pleasant Path: Territory shared with the bob-ombs, it forks along the way to separate the two territories. Lately it has become known as the Unpleasant Path, as a stange bandit has taken residence in it, attempting to rob those he sees as weak.

Goomba Village: After the Goombas left and the Toads met defeat, the Koopas decided to take the town as a get-away. The area is time leased to different koopas around the year for vacationing.

Koopa Abilities:

Koopas are sturdy and short turtles. They often use their shells as both weapons and armor. The Koopas are a lively race that enjoys playing games. They start with Level 2 Shell Slide. They begin with 6 weapon points and 8 skill points. Koopas have 17 endurance because of the weight of their shells, but if they take off their shells they have 22 endurance, but take 150% damage.

ENTRANCE/EXIT POLICIES
~All Koopas are permitted to enter the territory at their own desire.  All other races must check with the guards for permission to enter.  A chosen official or Raphael Roji are the only ones with the power to let other races in. 
~As for exiting, ALL races must check with the guards for permission to leave the region with special items and other rare gifts.

Treasury: 1700 coins; Shell of the First Koopa (it can increase the defense per action of Koopas by 3 for the remainder of a battle)

The prices for the NPCs are on a need-to-know basis. One can ssume it's the construction cost + 10 coins.

Raphael Roji is the elected leader of the Koopa Regime.  Until he dies, he is to lead his people to glorious victory.  He is a strict Koopa, but with an approachable attitude to other members of his race.  He is a bit suspicious of others outside of his Regime.  His diplomatic abilities are what will hopefully help the Koopa Regime in times of great stress.  If you please him, he will go out of his way to make you comfortable.  If you anger him, he will crush you beneath his shell into a fine powder.  There is no in-between, so be cautious around him.

Bio: Tehran used to be a very skilled Koopa blacksmith but over the years he is just not good anymore. So he became a teacher to teach other people about items. He then became a Toad House Keeper so he could have a place for people to stay when they were far away from home. Although the Toad House is sometimes closed due to teaching or other reasons he tries to be there as much as possible. He lives in a house not too far from the Toad House so he can get to work easier but also can go to other places. When there is no customers he is usually seen at home or somewhere relaxing.

Vargez is Bowser's ancestor, although he doesn't know it and somehow looks like a regular koopatrool. His armor is black, though. He's 550 years old, including time he got stuck in his freezer, but he is aged to about 25 years. His main goal is to find his prefered sword, Dark Light, which he lost over the 525 year-long "ice-age", but he will more often do tasks at hand. He can draw significant power from the moon, and this also allows him to have a good ability in water magic. (the moon controls the tides). Vargez is more aggressive than the average koopa, and is horrible in any stealth mission(loud, clanky armor?). He won't let anyone boss him
around, unless he agrees with the course of action(s) or doesn't care about it. And he has a habit of getting hopelessly lost when given a map. The whole thing about once living 525 years ago allows him to read now ancient text, and he isn't surprized by the technological advances of today.
