Committees
All church committee members shall be recommended by the nominating committee and elected by the church, unless otherwise indicated in the description below. The committees shall be nomiinated and elected annually.

Baptismal Committee
This committee shall consist of four (4) members. Thsi committee shall be nominated by the nominating committee and elected by the church.

1. Committee shall prepare the water each time by filling the baptismal tank and emptying it after the service.
2. It shall assist the candidates for baptism as they prepare for the service.
3. Clean and maintain the baptismal gowns and towels.
4. Committee to recommend to the budget, finance, and purchasing, the necessary supplies as needed.
5. Committee to assist pastor to make the sercie as meaninful as possible.

Ushers Committee
Ushers will be nominated by the nominating committee and eledcted by the church. One will be designated as the Head Usher, and will be nominated by the nominating committee and elected by the Church.

1.It will be the duties of the ushers to receive the offerings, and to distribute the visitor's cards.
2. The ushers will greet the people as they enter and leave the church,
3. The ushers are to seat the people at the proper time.
4. Will provide bulletings and or other materials at the time of seating.
5. Will be attentive to the needs of the congregation and the Pastor at all times.

Church Outreach and Visitation Committee

The outreach director will be nominated by the moniating committee and elcted by the church.
1. This committee shall consist of the outreach person of each Sunday School class. The outreach person is to seek cooperation from each of the class members.
2. If at anytime any spedial needs of visitation should arise this should be brought to the attention of the Pastoror the Board of Deacons.

Bus Committee
The Bus Committee shall consist of five (5) members. The Chairman will be incharge of the bus ministry, as presented by the nominating committee and elected by the Church. The other members will be on a volunteer basis.

1. This committee will maintain the physical operation of the bus, and will keep the bus in proper operational order.
2. It will maintain a list of cometent drivers.
3. It will insure that the bus is not operated for any other purpose than authorized Church activiteis.
4. It will insure that there willbe edequate chaperones at each use of the bus.
5. All organizations needing the use of the bus will coordinate same with the committee.
6. A calendar of regualr bus activities will be maintained.
7. It will also be responsible for maintaining a regular Sunday School bus service to carry people to and from Sunday School as decided by the committee.

Bulletin Committee

This committee shall consist of three (3) members. The members are to be nominated by the nominating committee and elected by the church.

1. This committee will compile information from organizational directors as to current announcements and happenings of the church body.
2. Committee will type and publish the weekly church bulletin on a regualr basis.
3. All specail events and reports are to be given to this committee no later than Wednesday Evening Prayer Service.
