Amendments
Changes in this constitution and bylaws shall be presented at any regualr business meeting of the church. Changes shall be presented in writing ans shall be read at three (3) successive business meetings. The third reading action shall be taken. Amendments to the constitution and bylaws to be adopted after the approved two-thirds vote of members of the church present and entitled to vote.
