General Notes

Each committee and or organzation will meet at least one each quarter and report to the church pertinate information. Meeting dates and time should be coordinated with pastor, even though pastor should bot be required to be present for meeting. Each committee and or organization will propose needed budget recommendations to the Finance Budget and Purchasing committee for presentation to the church with or without recommendation.

Non-budgeted ittems will be presented to the Finance, Budget, and Purchasing committee for presentation to church at regualr business conference. On budgeted items in excess of voted budget shall be presented to chirch for action and such will be coordinated with committee.

Any item presented to budget committee for consideration that is not acted upon within the soace of one regualr monthly conference may be presented onthe church floor with motion for action by the church body.

The church body reserves the right to ratify, change, amend, or cancel any previous action previously voted on by the church pro or conproviced such action is advertised in the church bulletin at least one week in advance of the regular monthly church conference.

By previous action of the church all non-budgeted items in excess of one-hundred ($100.00_ dollars must be presented to the church at a regular business meeting and advertised in the church bulletin at least one week in advance of such meeting. The budget committee will be charged with the responsibility of presenting such proposals to the church body, but may decline endorsement or censorship of such proposal, leaving the action to the church body.
