Committees
All church committee members shall be recommended by the nominating committee and elected by the church, unless otherwise indicated in the description below. The committees shall be nomiinated and elected annually.

Buildings and Grounds Committee
This committee is to be responsible for maintenance, protections, and repairs of all buildings and equiptment.
     a. This includes heating, lighting, cooling equiptment on buildings and grounds.
     b. All equiptment necessary for the maintenance of church properties.
     c. See that all church equiptment is properly operated.
     d. Making replacements of parts when needed on small equiptment.
     e. Make minor repairs and maintenances when needed.
     f. Work with the personnel committee in the responsibility of paid personnel.

The committee will be responsible for calling a church wide work day when needed. The committee to meet monthly and make any recommendations necessary at regular business conferences. Should have authority to privide insurance on buildings and equiptment and that policy should be kept up to date.

Music Committee

1. This committee shall consist of five (5) members. The chairman shall be nominated by the nominating committee and elected by the Church. The Choir Director, Pianist, Organist, and two members of the choir, one male and one female elected by members of the choir.
2. This committee will recommend purchase of sheet music, maintain a file of music for future use.
3. This committee will plan musical activities of the Church, incliding the development of graded choirs, as appropriate, and will recommend to the Church long range music plans for its consideration.
4. In the event of the vacating of personnel in the music program, this committee will work with the personnel committee, and the budget and finance and purchasing committee.


Social Committee
The Social Committee shall consist of two (2) members. The cairman shall be niminated by the Nominating Committee and elected by the Church, and she shall select someone to assist her.

1. Committee will be responsible for the activites of the Church, including:
     a. Last Sunday night new member fellowship.
     b. Other social activities that may arise requiring special reparation of food as voted by the                  Church.
2. Committee will not be responsible for youth activities that require use of the fellowship hall.
3. Committee shall publize all regualr activities through the Church bulletin and public                          announcements.
4. Committee should be contacted at all times when the fellowhship hall is to be used and notice
    shall be placed on the Church Calender.
5. Social committee shall welcome all new members, and inform them about the fellowship of the        Church.

Lord's Supper Committee
This committee shall consist of four (4) members. This committee shall be nominated by the nominating committee and elected by the church.

1. Prepare the Lord's Supper each time it is served.
2. All supplies are their responsiblility, also, cleaning linens, glasses, etc.
3. Committee will plan with pastor on each worship service of the Lord's Supper.
