OK, let's continue with the clues your physical body can give you about your life.
Heart and lungs - Is it fear of living life to the fullest? The need to control all things in your life through your intellect and not giving enough space for trust in the Universe to work things out in Its Magical Ways. Middle back - Do you trust your body to heal itself? Is it a lack of love and appreciation for the physical form you have selected for this lifetime? Are you struggeling with sexual manipulation in a relationship? Upper back - More struggle. In trying to keep on top, and to control the events in your life you forget to live from your heart. Don't forget to listen to the quiet voice in your heart and follow up on what you hear. Arms and hands - If you are holding back a gift your heart wants you to give, despite a current drama or situation, you may get problems here. Throat and neck - Is there an imbalance in what you take from life and what you give back? Is it a fear that it is not enough to go around for all your needs to be met? Mouth and jaws - What is that anger you never expressed in clear words? Do you have difficulties expressing what you mean or defining your space? Eyes, nose and ears - Is your mind open to accept the ways of other people, even if their ways are different from yours? Brain, headaches - Control, control, control. Trust the power of your subconscious mind and your heart. Learn how to meditate and to go with the natural flow. |

What you have just read are clues, not rules. You have to ask your own body for your own answer. The reason I gave you the clues, is that most of us have trouble accepting simple answers to complicated questions. Now if your body tells you something, you may see that it is not too far off. As a matter of fact, your body is never far off, but my general list of clues may not always include your problem. Play with it, have some fun with it and by all means learn to love and trust your body. Trust your body to tell you the truth at all times, then it will respond accordingly! |

Most people, including children, in todays world, have far too little play in our lives. A lot of us have already been exposed to dangerous levels of stress in the womb, before we were born. Then the birth is taking place in a hospital, with bright lights, sharp noices and a overworked staff. As soon as we are born we are expected to perform, to be measured and controlled in all matters... |

Our bodies, like our planet, are crying out for love and appreciation, to be used in harmony with Divine Law. That includes a lot of play, a lot of laughs and a lot of sharing from the heart.
We oftentimes will find that people in our environment call us irresponsible when we start to play more and relax our attitude to all the things we "should" do. However, I am here to tell you the true meaning of being responsible. That means to be able to respond. To follow the clues your body gives you at any given time and act on them to the very best of your ability. That will give you the most strength and the most power in the long run, because you are in harmony with Nature and Spirit, living your life in love.
If you look around you in the world you will see a lot of hard working people. What do we work so hard for? To buy things to make us more attractive to other people! Hoping they will "love" us more, when we have "more" to offer. |
