THE HUMAN MIND IS A VERY POWERFUL RESOURCE. THAT IS THE REASON FOR THE CONSTANT BATTLE TO SUBDUE AND CONTROL IT.

One way it is done, is to make us believe we are useless, powerless and guilty of 'sin'. Another way is to make us a number in a system that always knows better, for our own protection, that is...

Unfortunately it seems to work and most of us walk around in a daze, thinking we are free, but following the 'suggestions' from 'the system', every step of the way. Mind control has always been clever, and in today's world it is presented in such a way that we the people, work hard to buy more of it...

In order to heal we must begin to wake up to our True Powers, the powers of our Spirits and the power of our Minds. But first we need to realize the mind is something endless, something so awesome that it can not be contained or ruled, unless we choose to have it contained, for a while.
The nature of our Spirits will see to it that we will come to our senses sooner or later.

Being Spiritual Beings at the core of our nature we are created in order to create. Creation in this third dimentional reality of time and space, always takes place in the mind first. Unless the mind is free, we can not truly create and that will ultimately slow down our vibration to the place where our Spirit no longer can stay with us. That is what is known as physical death and is where our mind will go on to create another body, one that hopefully will be more flexible to new possibilities and more open to change.

There are many levels of mind but in order to have something  not too complicated to work with, we will focus on what we can call  The Higher Mind, The Conscious Mind and The Subconscious Mind. We will also take a look at The Group Mind in order to better understand how we are linked together. It moves us in ways we can not always anticipate or even comprehend as individuals.

The Higher Mind is the part of the mind that is always in comunication with Spirit, with God or Prime Creator, depending on what you prefer to name The Source of All. The Higher Mind is never confused or in doubt because it is byond confusion. This is also often referred to as The Christ Mind

and it is aware of all things. There is no part of creation that can not be accessed through The Higher Mind, but there are limits to what a conscious mind will accept, as long as the conscious mind is primarily concerned with limiting issues.

The obstacle being the conscious mind itself, we can train the mind to open up and be receptive to information on a higher frequency and to work on different levels. The most difficult part of this however, is to find the first opening, to get out of the mind control long enough to be able to have some real experiences in order to give us the confidence to move on further.

To work with healing is to work with consciousness. To work with Spirit and all levels of the mind, being open and willing to expand to new levels of experience and understanding, without loosing sight of the physical

reality that is our home in time. That is why I always suggest to be grounded in nature, to find a deep and personal connection to Mother Earth. Going to a remote place in nature removes you from the most intense areas of mind control and limitations of group mind. The energy of nature also balances you out and aligns your physical body with all parts of your mind in the most invigorating way.
