In order to heal ourselves and our planet we first have to come to terms with the fact that we ourselves, other people and the planet  is in a constant state of becoming. That means that change is to be expected in all things, all the time....

The moment we try to hold on to the old form, we cut ourselves off from the natural flow of  life. Our Spirit and our Higher Mind created us in order to experience life's fullness on all levels. Our ego on the other hand, strives to maintain the form unchanged, in order to protect the form (the body) from damage. That is the job of the ego, to maintain the form, to keep it alive and safe. The trouble starts when we allow our ego to cling too hard to the old, without releasing anything of what has already  fulfilled it's purpose.

Most people can get away with a lot of clinging and holding on to old patterns before it creates a problem in the physical body.
However if you want to learn about healing, to "read" energy, to see, hear and comunicate on the finer frequencies where most of creation takes place, you will have to let go and flow through life with ease.

To get actively involved in healing is not for the fainthearted as you probabely understand by now. Our Mother Earth needs us to clear things up, to heal and to release the old stuff so the new growth can come forth.

The closer you move to nature and the more time you spend with Her, the sooner you will learn Her ways. That is the way of nurturing and healing, of love and abundance. Give yourself the gift of quiet contemplation close to Her.

Before you know it you will start to feel lighter and more at peace with the world around you. You will find new ways of doing things that you never thought of before. That is Her gift to the gentle at heart.

Ask Her to lead you to a nature spot where She can aid  you in your healing. Then follow  your intuition, because that is for the most part where She will speak to you and guide you. Trust is always the key word when you deal with Mother Nature and Father Spirit. One step at a time, one day at a time, you will find that it is safe and good to follow this Parental Guidance.

Some of us like to use particular rituals or prayers from time to time. Remember though, that what works for You, is what is important. Follow your heart. If you had a question on your mind before you went  to your nature spot, you can be sure that  She will guide you when you are there.

In healing it is important to be quiet and listen, to your body, your heart, to Nature and to Spirit. Then you will have to act on what you learned, because your own actions or attitude is what's going to make the change.

Here I will give you some simple clues associated to certain problems in your physical body:

Feet and legs - fear of moving forward in life, often related to unfinished issues with parents. Lack of sense of belonging in the situation you find yourself.
Hips and lower back - More parental issues and discomfort with your current path in life. Did you make your choices to please somone else?
Stomach, intestine, digestion - Emotional issues related to fear of abandonment, sudden changes and belonging.
Lower back - Fear, anger, sexual guilt or frustration, also fear about money issues. These are all a lot more closely related than most people understand...
