There is a whole new universe to discover if  you dare to quiet your mind and enter the silence. The first time you sit by an old tree and hear what it has to tell you, is going to be a real eye-opener you never will forget... You just have to try it to believe it... Until you do, well you really don't know, do you?
When you go silent, you will find a new universe...
Before you start on this, make sure you have found a place where you can be undisturbed by other people, pets, telephones, radio and television. Unplugging the phone from the wall is a good idea if you have a phone in your room. Also make sure you have pen and paper ready by your side. You need to be warm and comfortable, loose fitting clothes and I suggest you sit in a comfortable chair with a straight back. It is good if you start out by allowing yourself some 15
minutes the first time. You do not want to think about time at all but just grant yourself this time away from your daily chores. You may also want to keep some paper tissues right next to you. The reason is that the first time somone enters this space within themselves, it tends to release a lot of emotional stuff stored away in different places in your body or energyfield. This is not to be feared, it is part of the healing and is to be honored and celebrated.

Now close your eyes and take 12 deep breaths. Fill your lungs completely and breathe out fully, stretch your breath further than normal but do not try to overdo it. As you breathe in, you may visualize or tell yourself that you are breathing in a shower of glitering golden and white light. On the out breath let go of all worry, pain, hate and guilt....
You have more beauty inside you than you can imagine...
On the last two outbreaths visualize your breath pressing forward from within your heart and out through your body, like the rays of the sun. Now just be still, feel your body, mind and Spirit come into harmony with each other. Imagine a warm and healing cloud of maybe burgundy color form around your feet. Let it warm up your feet and ankles and heal and relax them, then let it slide up around your legs to do the same thing.
When yor legs feel good, slide the cloud up around your hips and let it heal your lower back, your genitals and your large intestine. At this point you may start to feel silly for thinking an imaginary cloud can heal you. Let it go. Play with it as you could do when you were a child. Remember playfulness is the best medicine.

Continue to move your cloud up your body and allow it to do its work for you. From your shoulders gently let it slide down your arms and let it rest around your hands for a little while before you move it back up to your neck.

Let it move up around your head and work on your scull, brain, eyes, ears, nose, mouth and the whole face before you open your mouth and breathe the whole cloud in. Now stay with your silence. If anything comes to your mind...., let it gently fade away. Trust that if it is important, it will come back later. Be still and allow yourself to sink deep into your very own Univese of peace and harmony...

When some time have passed you will feel ready to come back to your outer world, take a few deep breaths, remember the peaceful feeling and come back.

Drink a glass of water, give thanks to Yourself and the Power that Created You.
