For most people, even the mention of their sexuality, brings forth an uneasy feeling that is out of this world... And it is true, this unconfortable feeling really does not belong here at all! It is imported and forced upon us a long time ago, by someone with less than loving motives, in order to control this planet from within.

In order to heal ourselves and our planet it is essential that we dare to look at our sexuality with our eyes wide open and all the lights turned on. What then is sexuality? First and foremost it is an awareness of the physical body, a full awareness that includes all our senses and the interplay between them. Then it is a recognition of the Elements that makes a physical body possible in the first place. At last we can not really understand our sexuality or fully enjoy it, before we have a recall of the animating Spirit, the driving force behind all things.

In a nutshell it comes down to knowing and loving ourselves on all levels... When we come to the point when we can look at our hand , foot or other body part in awe, owerwhelmed by the beauty of it. Honoring  the fine balance, the complexity and the simplicity..., all  in one brilliant piece of Divine Creation... Yes, most of us still have ways to go... but we are getting there, one step at the time.

For a very long time we have obeyed the rules set by others and adopted the notion that there is something wrong or unclean in relation to our physical bodies. Especially everything that have to do with our sexuality, being naked and our genitals. That is one of the greatest obstacles to Healing on any level, because it is at the base of our earthly existence and experience. That is also why it was chosen to be one of the most imporant factors in controlling us as a race. This together with the control of our Spirituality pretty much lays waste all resistance to being manipulated. We are Created as Spiritual Beings with a full capacity to Create on all levels. Creation however, can only take place where there is a full recognition of the Ability and a full understanding of the nature of One's Being.

In order to heal then, it is essential that we come back in alignment with Our True Being, Nature and Spirit. That alignment can only be found by listening to Our Own Heart and by following our own inner guidance and vision.

In the initial stages of listening to our true inner voice seems at times to be quite unsettling because we have been so thoroughly imprinted on all levels that 'The Truth' is Out There. It does not really matter where it is, with God, the Church, the Government, or other people in general. When we start to listen we will also start to do things differently, to change our priorities and to speak from our hearts. That will soon meet reactions in the world around us and the trick here is to once again go within for answers and to trust.

All our previous beliefs will sooner or later have to be challenged, either by ourselves or by people around us. That is not to be feared but rather to be welcomed as an important part of the healing process. That is also one reason for the popularity of pills, they do not ask questions, they just numb

our minds and hearts to the conditions at hand. Lasting healing though is what we will find when we dare to be completely honest with ourselves and dare to take full responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, words and actions.
