Blaine's comeback starts as scheduled -- sort of

Blaine's well-publicized comeback took form on Sunday as he finished in first place for the first time this year.  The only problem, though, was that three people ahead of him in the standings tied him for the top spot with identical 9-4 records, so he gained no ground.

The thrilling comeback will continue to gather momentum, Blaine says, and the best is yet to come.  It's like a powerful locomotive engine that needs time to pick up speed, and when it's fully rolling, look out!

QT remains in command for the time being, looking for her first Picks title since Arizona's Jake Plummer gave her a championship four years ago.  She is on pace for the sixth-best record in history.
