Cat rack brains while Mom whacks plants in Weeding Bee
Cats take turns spelling the names of plants. If they get the word correct, the plant is spared. If they get it wrong, the plant is whacked.

Needless to say, the backyard has been  thoroughly weeded after the event.

Edgar is declared champ when he spells "rhubarb" in a controversial effort.
Full story.
Pawprint in snow linked to ancient Viking puss
Archeologists are skeptical that a pawprint found in the backyard snow was actually made by a cat from Viking times, as Edgar insists. Edgar makes a solid case, though. Full story
Marlowe endorses dandruff shampoo
Marlowe slurps shampoo foam from the shower and is cured of "that itch that could be telling you something." He's now a self-proclaimed Head & Shoulders guy. Full story.

Flowery chair helps Marlowe know his feminine side
Sleeping on a chair with flowery upholstery has transformed the macho tomcat into a real prissy pussycat. But Marlowe's friends are concerned his girlish behavior has gone too far. Full story.
