We've certainly had a great weekend.  I'll talk about it in reverse order.  The picture above is from Monday.  Peter, Olivia, and I went to Kiinagashima to go snorkeling.  It was a beautiful, warm day.  Perfect for swimming.  The water was clear with a lot of interesting things to see.  But unfortunately we had to make a short day of it because we had to start work at 2:00.  And you know what a hard nose the boss can be.  LOL.

On Sunday, I had a great day sailing.  Since we have a race in a few weeks the guys on the boat that I've signed on to have been practicing every Sunday for the last few weeks.  This last Sunday I was the only trainee to show up so I had two instructors and a 26 footer all to myself.  Throw in the great weather and it made a great day of practice.  I learned a lot of new things and even better I learned how much more I need to learn.  

Saturday was a good family day.  The four of us went to a pool and had a great time, especially the kids.  Sarah and Alex loved the slide in the kiddie pool.  Sarah also loved the deeper pool where I gave her another swimming lesson.  I'm looking forward to the day when she can go snorkeling with me.  Click on the pictures below for a neat slide show!
