Before I created this website, I had been contributing anime reviews for my sister's own site. She prefers shoujo anime. I also watch my share of shoujo, but while hers bordered on the excessively sappy, I put my foot down as to where the sappy factor would end (I could only take so much sappiness). So we sort of reached this unspoken arrangement: she gets to review her sappy shoujo, I get to review either the not so sappy ones or the shonen anime that are worth writing reviews on.

Now as I have my own site and my taste in anime evolved over time (not so sure I can endure a marathon similar to what I did with Neon Genesis Evangelion and Weiss Kreuz), I would be writing reviews on some worthwhile shoujo anime. As for my reviews on shounen anime (which my sister classified as "other anime" in her site), I have put up links directed to the corresponding webpages.
