Day 29
You will be arrested and thrown into jail. Talk to the Katta there, tell him
about yourself and show him your pin. Now, to get out, you can cast open on
the lock. Thieves can use the pin to pick the lock. Fighters can break the gate.
Once out, grab your stuff and crawl out through the secret passage. Make your
way towards the Blue Parrot Inn. You will be captured. When you can, use the
mirror to open the sealed door. Rub the lamp to light your way, make your way
left. Move up to the right side of the waterfall. Jump on the log, then jump
off when you're close to the other side. Knock over the pile of rocks holding
up the little wind tunnel or cast force bolt on it. Go up the steps on the left
side. Make you way right on both screens. You'll be at a fiery room. Stay on
the path to avoid the flames. When you reach the next room, jump, use your rope,
or levitate to get down. Move up to the door and answer Suleiman. Enter the
next room, but don't touch anything. Keep going. In the green room, go for the
statue of Iblis. When you are trapped, look for the glinting ring at the bottom
center of the screen. Pick up the ring. You have three wishes, you can choose
health, any skill (except honor) and being teleported out. I usually choose
picking locks and climbing, because it is hard to increase those skills in QFG3.
Then wish for teleport. You will end up outside of the palace.
The Palace (Thieves)
The thief should use his magic rope near the fluttering scarf to get up to the
second story. When the Guard isn't looking, do so and go left. You will be in
the Harem. After the ladies help you hide, go left. Sneak to the fountain. When
one guard is distracted, sneak to the table. When the final guard walks by,
sneak to the balcony. Use your rope to get to the pillar near Ad Avis. Throw
a dagger at an unlit candle, and duck! Make your way to the next pillar on the
right, ducking as needed. When you reach that pillar, throw two daggers at Ad
Avis.
