Thor and Todd from Onzicube bring us a stripped down version of their blues-influenced rock.

Monday 13th October - Darren Poyzer
A man who needs no introduction to Spotlight regulars, Darren Poyzer pays his last visit to the club. His songwriting abilities are amongst the best I've seen in recent years. Very personal lyrics combined with a wit and enthusiasm to match. If you've never seen him, make sure you come and see him this time. You won't get another chance. If you have seen him before, I don't need to tell you how good he is.

Monday 20th October - Luke, The Blues MoJo machine
If it had not been for the forced closure of Spotlight, Luke would be a regular fixture, playing his fantastic music every month. Luke was born in Italy and plays in his own words "the most incredibly passionate style of music of all time-the blues". He has played in a trio doing Hendrix covers whilst also teaching guitar. His influences include Eric Clapton, BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Robert Thomson. Expect to hear numbers off his recent CD "Oxford Blues". Get there early for this one as Luke regularly packs out the venue.

Monday 27th October - The last ever Spotlight with special guest Wob
The last ever Spotlight. Get here very early if you want to play a slot. Slots may be limited to one song each to accommodate everybody. This is a rearranged gig from August. The bounciest man in folk-rock music returns to Spotlight for the last time. Please note early start time.
