Billie J Blastkowitcz:
Nationality: Unknown - was believed to be Andorran.
DOB: Unknown. Constant time alteration makes this even more difficult to
pinpoint.
History: There's a lot of history behind Billie J - most of it will never be
known. Has repeatedly attempted to secure his place in history by covertly
taking over the world and dubbing himself 'God Emperor'. Although these plots
have often failed, Billie J has come very close a few times if it wasn't for
the interruption of the High Lords of Terra on multiple occasions.
You'll play as Billie J Blastkowitcz throughout OutCast, as he is
thrown through time in his conquest of Earth.

THE BAD
Adolf
Hitler:
Nationality: Austrian
DOB: Irrelevant.
History: Leader of the Third Reich until 1945, where the Nazi occupation of
Europe was thwarted and he mysteriously disappeared. Is believed to have
committed suicide, and a corpse has been found however it isn't confirmed to
be Adolf himself. In 2192, remnants of the Nazi party grouped together in
secret, and founded themselves under the name 'Regenesis Project' as a
political party for the High Lords of Terra. Off planet research facilities
have used Hitler's genes to grow a positronic 'brain' type device for their
new leader - a powerful and influential man machine under the call sign
'HITLER2'. Dubious and quite obviously out of time this machine is mentally
all Adolf Hitler, yet physically all machine. 'HITLER2' is attempting something - and we don't know
what.

THE UGLY
'HITLER2':
Nationality: Off world
DOB: 2193
History: Created from Adolf Hitlers genetic information to lead 'Project
Regenesis' in 2192-3, HITLER2 is the modern form of the Nazi leader. HITLER2's
ability to use his resources to their best is very well known and respected
throughout Sol. However it is believed that HITLER2 is planning for something
big, and likely not particularly good for the rest of the people of Earth.

The
Shell:
Nationality: Irrelevant
DOB: Irrelevant
History: The pinnacle of 'Project Regenesis', The Shell is HITLER2's bodyguard
and elite terror troop. It is reported that only one person has ever seen The
Shell and survived, and there are no reports of those who have tried and
failed.

The
High Lords of Terra:
Nationality: All Terran, various.
DOB: All from 2144-2207.
History: The High Lords are the governing body of Sol. These people
administrate the known universe and deal with all political and legal matters
that are brought to their attention. The High Lords of Terra banished Billie J
Blastkowitcz into the past for his attempts to take over the world
after finding him guilty in a record time of under 30 seconds. HITLER2
personally sent Billie J back in time to 1944 where he arrived in West Berlin.
Reasons for this location and date are unknown, but it is believed that Billie
J is unwittingly part of the plot.

Laroque:
Nationality: French
DOB: 1.3.1917
History: Expert marksman. Joined the French resistance in 1942 to help swart
the Nazi invasion. Handy with a Mauser, capable of plugging Nazis before they
know what's hit them.

Chartre:
Nationality: French
DOB: 21.9.1921
History: The youngest of the group, Chartre is a damn fine demolitionist. What
he lacks in subtlety he makes up for with firepower. Chartre can blow up
doors, road blocks, tanks and just generally blow stuff up. Chartre joined the
French resistance in 1943, when he was set free from his jail sentence of two
years - for raiding a superior officers drink cabinet.

Bombadier Harrison:
Nationality: English
DOB: 26.4.1911
History: A highly respected pilot in the RAF, until he was shot down in 1943.
Harrison can pilot practically any aircraft, but is especially good with B-52
bombers. Reported to be missing in action, the Nazis are trying to hunt down
Harrison, but have failed to locate him due to the efforts of the French
Resistance.

Souffl�:
Nationality: French
DOB: 31.3.1915
History: Souffl� is the best carjacker this side of France. He joined the
French resistance after stealing a Panzer Kommisar's personal battle tank, and
driving it through the walls of a Nazi bunker - quite accidentally of course.
He was driving with his feet because he was handcuffed at the time.

Nationality: French
DOB: 12.6.1920
History: Haven't I seen you somewhere before sir? D�ja Vous is an able radar
and radio technician. From his post at the secret underground, he'll keep you
informed of as much enemy movement as he can.

History: All around super spy, James works with her majesty's secret service.
- For Queen and Country! James will be around to thwart your attempts at the
end of the London '65 missions.

Forked Tongue
Nationality: Andorran
DOB: 13.13.2213 (! - This is obviously incorrect but is the official database
information)
History: An Andorran militant, 'Forked Tongue' is reputed to be completely
insane. One the leader of a commando group known as 'Zagstrucks Smakkas'
Forked Tongue was the only survivor due to the fact he armed his entire force
with guitar picks. 'Forked Tongue' is the number two enemy of the state,
second only to Billie J Blastkowitcz.

Nationality: Andorran
DOB: 17.8.2228
History: 19 years of age, this slinky temptress is as favorable with the men
as she is loaded with bullets. Her favourite things include cold steel and hot
lead. An ex-thumper commando, Venom has an immaculate aim and a habit of
diving headlong into heavy firepower. Her reasons for turning against the High
Lords are unknown.
