Pancakes
1½ C flour
3½ t baking powder
1 t salt
1 T sugar
1¼ C milk
1 egg
3 T melted butter

Mix your dry ingredients, then slowly mix in your egg, milk, and melted butter. You will have a smooth, pourable batter when complete. Heat a pan to low-medium heat (around 4/10 on an electric stove). Pour into a pan until the diameter meets your preference for size. When the edges begin to dry, and the bubbles remain open, flip your pancakes in the order that they were poured. It is best to make one pancake first, if you're not well versed in this skill, so you can determine the appropriate temperature and cooking time without wasting batter.
