I just would like to inform everyone that as per letter of our National President JJC Teodorico Bastida, Jr. dated October 19, 2004 forwarded to the SEC for information regarding the status of our Incorporation, it was found out that as of September 29, 2003, our registration with the Securities and Exchange Commissioner was revoked due to some reasons which are not yet clear right now.
