Bu-ad Program 

         Bu-ad is a Capiznon term which means "to multiply." And so this program is created  for the expansion of the organization. It has incentives to those LOMs who can make or organize another LOM. 

        To the LOM who can organize another LOM, the latter will be given an incentive of 50% discount for the national affiliation plus a special award for the person in charge of the program and another special award for the LOM itself. These awards will be given during the Area Conference of each area adopting this program. 

       On the other hand, if the mother LOM can organize two LOMs, there will be a 100% discount for the first 30 members to be affiliated with the national organization plus those special awards mentioned above.
