Special Committee and Manner of Amendments

        As per the minutes of the 1^st National Board Meeting held in Sibonga, Cebu and the Special National Board Meeting in Ozamiz City, the following persons are hereby elected and appointed to composed a special committee to study the possible amendments of the PJJCI Constitution and By-Laws:

  Chairman:                     JJC Edilberto “Bert” Mendoza, Jr.

  Members:        

1)      JJC Ian Stephen Mah

2)      JJC Federico Leo Ocampos

3)      JJC Rosemilyn Chavez – Ex Officio

4)      JJC Teodorico Bastida, Jr. – Ex Officio

         The function of the said Committee is primarily to scrutinize the fundamental law of the organization specifically those conflicting provisions so that changes will be made as early as possible. It is to be noted that its reports and discussions will be considered during the 30^th  National Convention in Davao City next year.

         The team would like to encourage everyone to please participate in this endeavor. With this, the Metropolitan Cebu Junior Jaycees, Inc. will sponsor a one-day debates and forum of the amendments on January next year. The schedule is not yet sure. However, what is sure is that there will be a special day for that.

         Finally, each LOM is encourage to send at least 2 representative to participate in the discussion. The purpose of this advance discussion is to lessen the long debates during the National Convention on amendments. What is important here is that all LOMs must participate in the ratification of the possible amendments of the constitution.
