After her success in the NSAL
Screenwriting competition, Baltimore native Donna Lettow realized that
if she wanted to work in television, she had to go where television is.
Sedating her cat and her roommate, she drove across the continent to L.A.
to join the writing staff of "Highlander: The Series" in 1994. She was
with the series until its end in 1998, reaching the position of Associate
Creative Consultant. Donna is also the author of "The Watcher Chronicles,"
the interactive CD-ROM based on the "Highlander" series, and continues
to serve as a consultant on other "Highlander" projects. She has since
worked on the CBS drama "Promised Land" and written "Angels on Horseback,"
a 2 hour television movie and pilot for a series based on the Frontier
Nursing Service of Appalachia. Her first novel, "Highlander: Zealot," was
published in 1997 by Warner-Aspect Books and her second, "Barricades,"
is tentatively scheduled for the winter of 2000.
Donna is a member of Science Fiction Writers of America.
