Information: At the end of the war in AC 196 the countries of Earth, long informally united under the United Nations lead by America, signed a document to join into a new World Nation. This nation, called the United Earth Sphere Alliance, was headed by the four main superpowers of the time, the United States of America, Russia, China, and Japan. These nations and several smaller ones of various levels of power put forth members and founded the UESA Security Council. The council chose to appoint ace pilot, Magus Dark, from the war of AC 196 as head of the defense and military branch of the UESA.
