Get a Date with Me

So you've read through my site (or perhaps just stumbled upon this) and you think you want to go out with me. Why, I'll not understand but knock yourself out.

To submit a request for a date with me or a friend, complete as much information about yourself as possible and click "Submit" below. Both areas of Section 1 are required but I strongly suggest filling out Section 2 in addition.

I don't want you to waste your time or mine. There are some basic rules/requirements please read them. Note: you must meet and understand the rules and requirements below to be eligible. Not complying with the rules and requirements will mean that your profile will be trashed.

RULES and REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 21.
Must be a legal resident of the United States
Must live in the U.S. (preferably FL, DC, or VA)
Must have at least a high school diploma/GED.
Must be male. Sorry not hooking up any of my guy friends at this time.
No married men or couples please.
Do NOT complete a form if you are looking for sex. This is not a sex/"hook up" forum.
Must submit a picture or link to your picture to [email protected] within 7 days of completing this date request form or your profile will be trashed. Include "Date Pic: 'your name'" in the subject line or your email may be deleted.
Must use the same email address as identified below to send your photo.

Please keep in mind these questions are used to give an overview of your personality. I will try to maintain an open mind and see how your personality shines through. Also, your answers help start a dialouge that we can build on if/when we meet. The last thing I or anyone I know wants to do is go on a date to interegate you or be interegated.

SECTION 2: PLEAD YOUR CASE The questions below give me a more in-depth look at your personality. Please answer fully (without writting a novel). These are not required at this time but greatly help your chances of a reply. If you do receive a reply and have not answered one or more of these questions, I may ask you to answer at that time.

Why should you be chosen for a date?: Describe your ideal date or what you would want to do with me. What are the most important qualities you look for in a woman? When did your last relationship end? Why? So that's it for now. In the interest in not making you answer questions forever, I have broken up the questionnaire into two parts. If you pique my interest and I want to pursue something further, I will be in contact. If you did leave a phone number, I may use that as the method to reach you. I will not call before 9 am (likely not before 11 am) or after 11 pm (likely before 10 pm). Before you submit, be sure you have completed all of Section 1 and 1B. If you leave any item blank, you will get an error message and I will never see your request. Don't forget to send your picture to [email protected] within seven days. Include "Date Pic: 'your name'" in the subject line or your email may be deleted. This form was included not to take overly serious and is no way necessary to talk to me but does help eliminate some of the b.s. Don't stress it.
