Scholarship chance for T'wondo medal winners
Medal winners of the 3rd Mizoram Sub-Junior Taekwondo Championships to held on October 14 & 15 at the Aizawl Central Hall will have a chance of applying for scholarships of Rs 5400 as well as being selected for the National Sub-Junior Championships to be held in Goa on Dec 6-8, 2002. SISI Intensive Entrepreneur Campaign
The Aizawl SISI with the Guwahati NSIC are to organise a one-day intensive campaign for entrepreneurs on October 11. Interested persons, who already have set up small industires or are entertaining the idea of setting small industries can contact the SIS office at Republic Veng or the PIB Media Centre, Tuikhuahtlang for details.
Mizo handicrafts by Hnam Chhantu valued
The indigenously manufactured handicrafts of the Hnam Chhantu organisation was greatly valued by both foreign and native visitors of the National Trade fair at Sivasnagar, Assam. The Hnam Chhantu organisation was selected by the North East Development Financial Institution (NEDFI) to represent Mizoram. The National Trade Fair was concluded Tuesday.
