Month 1, Year 11

1 � No class this week, summer break between terms. Cooling trend for the next week will make the weather outside feel slightly spring-like with cool temperatures and partly cloudy skies.
2 � Threadfall after midnight over Old Landing. See Fall 20. Partly cloudy and cool, breezes from the North with a 60% chance of morning drizzle.
3 � Partly cloudy and breezy. Cool.
4 � Partly cloudy, breezy and cool.
5 � Threadfall beyond New Landing territory. Partly cloudy, windy. Winds might be quite gusty! Advisories issued as needed.
6 � Weekly Beach Bonfire � Clouds clearing early morning and leading to a nice warm-up of the day. Sunny.
7 � Last day of no class � warm, spotty clouds and brightly sunny.
8 � New classes start up. Threadfall over outskirts of Kahrain Hold, in the early evening shortly after dinner. See Fall 22. The hatching is today, so please *do not* make any posts taking place after this day until the hatching is over. Warm, averagely warm day. Clouds few and far between though a storm is visible far over the ocean.
9 � Chance of morning thunderstorms, heavily cloudy and clearing by dinner.
10 � Sunny, warm.
11 � Threadfall beyond New Landing Territory. Sunny and warm, breezes pick up over night and carry in thick clouds.
12 � Overcast and warm, no rain.
13 � Weekly Beach Bonfire � Overcast skies in the morning give way to partly cloudy skies and irritable spurts of rain.
14 � Threadfall southwest of Barrier Hold. See Fall 1. The area is unsettled and Thread won�t be fought. No class. Partly clouds, cool.
15 � Spring-like day! Warm temperatures, sunny skies, slight breeze and a chance of afternoon rain showers.
16 � Partly sunny.
17 � Threadfall begins early morning, after sunrise, by striking the New Landing plateau. See Fall 2. � Breezy at threadfall, but not perilous. Sunny skies in the afternoon.
18 � Sunny, mild and warming up through the week�
19 � Sunny, hot.
20 � Midday Threadfall over Black Rock River, on the outskirts of the settled territory. See Fall 3. Weekly Beach Bonfire. Sweltering heat today, many advisories posted on water intake and safety in the heat of the day with gear on!
21 � No class. Hot! Hot! A few clouds will burn off in the afternoon.
22 � Heating trend continues without change.
23 � Late morning Threadfall just south of the last fall. See Fall 4. Hot, winds pickup from the South later in the day.
24 � Southerly winds bring a slight cool, but by and large it�s just warm to hot winds.
25 � Still day, stagnant air, dry and no hint of precipitation in all the heat.
26 � Midnight Threadfall hits north of old Landing and strikes the edge of New Landing. See Fall 5. � Warm day leads to a warm night, little temperature change will take place between the two.
27 � Weekly beach bonfire � drops in temperature allow for a few spotty clouds and a warm day.
28 � No class - No change except for a light chance of a raindrop after sunset.

Month 2, Year 11

1 � Late morning Threadfall north of Barrier Hold Territory. Thread will be fought. See Fall 6. Oppressive heat. Rainless, dry day.
2 � Oppressive heat. Rainless, dry day.
3 - Oppressive heat. Rainless, dry day. Temperatures increasing at sunset. Seems to be a heat wave!
4 � Threadfall south of Barrier hold and beyond settled territory. Thread won�t be fought. See Fall 7. Heat levels out, hottest days of the summer are yet to come. A brief breezy break in the afternoon. More heat.
5 � Hot. Dry. Rainfall predictions grim.
6 � Weekly Beach Bonfire � Hot hot hot! More sun.
7 � Mid-afternoon Threadfall over Araby and Kahrain Holds. Thread will be fought. See Fall 8. No class. Oppressive heat-wave continues. Not a cloud in the sky.
8 � a few clouds in the morning burning off to another hot and dry day.
9 � Hot. Dry.
10 � Threadfall south of settled territory. See Fall 9. Thread won�t be fought. Hot. Dry. Temperatures fall enough in the night to provide a brief break.
11 � Temperature already at daytime high and holding steady by early afternoon. Blinding sun.
12 � Heat wave continues.
13 � Threadfall beyond New Landing Territory. Weekly Beach Bonfire. Not much of a break in the heat today either. Tempers running high yet?
14 � No class. � Clouds on the horizon, breezes still hot.
15 � More heat, of course.
16 � Late night Threadfall on the western reaches of settle territory. Thread will be fought. See Fall 11. � Hottest day yet. All activities outdoors have been moved in � except threadfall, of course!
17 � Weather experts think rain is on the way. No clouds today, extreme heat.
18 � Extreme heat continues.
19 � Threadfall beyond New Landing Territory. � Heat. Please be advised that it is not a joking matter, children, aged, infirm should remain indoors and hydrated. Extra care should be taken by out-of-doors personnel.
20 � Weekly Beach Bonfire. - Hot. Dry. Temperatures dipping back to bearable over night.
21 � No class. � Slight break in the heat � breezy day with little chance the heat will dissipate all together.
22 � Midday fall briefly touches land at the mouth of the Black Rock River. Thread will be fought. See fall 13. Another hot one though the trend seems to be moving to the cool side.
23 � The largest thunderstorm of the season takes the hold by surprise. 23 day of no rain and a torrential downpour with horrific thunder and lightning greet the residents of NL starting pre-dawn and pretty much continuing without abating all day and into the night.
24 � Soggy conditions, light to steady rain all day.
25 � Afternoon Threadfall directly over Barrier Hold. See Fall 14. Overcast and muggy, rain stopping after late morning.
26 � Mostly cloudy, warm and a stiff wind.
27 � Weekly beach bonfire � partly cloudy all day, warming up to be quite hot, but not oppressive by any means.
28 � Threadfall beyond New Landing territory. No class. � Warm, sunny, pleasant.

Month 3, Year 11


1 � Early morning fog and drizzle melts away into clear skies. Rain returns off and on in the night.
2 � Humid, warm and partly cloudy.
3 � The morning is cool as the weather slowly changes into autumn. Afternoon showers breaking at sundown. Midnight Threadfall north of Araby and Kahrain Holds. See Fall 16.
4 � Strong winds and light rainstorms hint that the storm and hurricane season will be here any time now.
5 � Clear skies interrupted by a thunderstorm, rain, and wind in the afternoon.
6 � Chilly morning. Rainy all day. Threadfall beyond settled territory. Weekly Beach Bonfire moved indoors because of the weather.
7 � Clear sky, no winds. Fairly warm. No class.
8 � Another clear day, fairly warm with a light breeze and a few wispy clouds. Cloudy in the evening.
9 � Threadfall beyond settled territory. Cooler and gusty air with light showers in the morning. The winds build throughout the day and it strong by sundown. Dolphins report a tropical cyclone brewing over the ocean. Weather experts recommend preparations be made for a big storm.
10 � Humid weather is accompanied by a warm breeze and moderate cloud coverage.
11 � Today is clear and moderately warm. It�s clear the hurricane is headed towards New Landing. Shutters over windows are doubled checked and extra care is given to make sure the boats are secure.
12 � The hurricane is here! It strikes early morning and rages throughout the day with a brief break in the evening as the �eye of the storm� is over New Landing. The storm rages into the night. Fortunately, most outside dwellings are designed to withstand storms. Early morning fall hits the northern most tip of land north of Araby and Kahrain. See Fall 19. The rain drowns Thread before it hits the ground, so Thread will not be fought. The second hatching will be today, so please do not make any posts after this date until the hatching is over!
13 � Weekly beach bonfire cancelled due to weather. The storm moves further south and by midday all is calm once more. Storm damage litters the ground and everything is completely saturated.
14 � No class. Cloudy skies, cool air, and afternoon showers of and on until steady rainfall that night.
15 � More rain! Late evening Threadfall over old Landing. Rainy weather kills Thread, so the pilots won�t fly Thread but ground crews will check to make sure nothing survived. See Fall 20.
16 � There is a break in the rain today and it clears up to be a warm, sunny afternoon.
17 � Clear, warm southern day with cool breezes in the evening.
18 � Threadfall beyond settled territory. A late morning thunderstorm greets the late risers and it continues to rain throughout the day.
19 � Cool and overcast.
20 � Morning fog burns off to be a nice day. Weekly Beach Bonfire.
21 � Light drizzle off and on today. Predawn Threadfall northeast of Kahrain. See Fall 22. No class.
22 � Nice morning interrupted by a midday downpour accompanied by a small thunderstorm. Rains the rest of the day.
23 � Windy day alternating between clear skies and rain. Sporadic thunder throughout the day.
24 � Warm and overcast. Threadfall beyond settle territory.
25 � Clear day with a few wispy clouds.
26 � Light breeze cools an otherwise warm, clear day.
27 � Another nice, cool autumn day with light clouds and a few sprinkles. Threadfall south of Barrier Hold, beyond settled territory. Weekly beach bonfire.
28 � More wind and rain today, off and on. No class.

Month 4, Year 11


1 � Rain dies of but a light fog hangs in the early morning, burning off by midday.
2 � Partly cloudy day, warm, no rain. Midmorning Threadfall begins over New Landing and heads inland. See Fall 2.
3 � Clear skies and bright sun, very warm out and a bit humid.
4 � Bright clear day again.
5 � Cooler today, some clouds, misting rain in the evening. Early afternoon Threadfall north of the inland lake. See Fall 3. Thread will be fought.
6 - Weekly beach bonfire; no rains, warm temperatures.
7 � Warm day, a few clouds. No class
8 � Warm and mildly humid, clouds hanging in the sky most of the afternoon and night. Early evening Threadfall over the middle of inland lake. See Fall 4. Thread will be fought.
9 � Clear and a bit more crisp out, breezes all day.
10 � Breezy but warm.
11 � Humid day, warm, continues into night with sudden downpours. Late night Threadfall east of the Jordan River and ending over New Landing bay. See Fall 5.
12 � Day long drizzle, still humid and warm.
13 � Chill breezes but no rain or humidity. Weekly beach bonfire
14 � Bright skies, clear day, warmer than the rest of the month has been. No class. Midmorning Threadfall north of Barrier Hold. See Fall 6.
15 � Cool autumn day, puffy clouds in the sky.
16 � Same as Day 15.
17 � Very windy, chill autumn temperatures, grey and cloudy skies. Late evening Threadfall south of Barrier Hold. The Fall will be covered. See Fall 7.
18 � Still windy, cloudy and chilly.
19- Chill dies down for some light rain and grey skies.
20 � Brisk day and evening, some light clouds, but overall moderate temperatures. Weekly beach bonfire cancelled due to Thread. Midnight Threadfall over Araby and Kahrain Holds. Thread will be fought. See Fall 8.
21 � Sunny, fairly crisp temperatures. No class
22 � Sunny, wispy clouds.
23 � Chill off and on rains all day. Threadfall south of settled territory and won't be fought. See Fall 9.
24 � Cool, clear day.
25 � Cool outside, some clouds.
26 � Threatening grey clouds, but no rain. Threadfall beyond settled territories.
27 � Misty in the early morning, no rain. Weekly beach bonfire
28 � Cool and breezy, a thunderstorm rolls in mid-afternoon through the night. No class

Month 5, Year 11

1 Threadfall 11 over Black Rock River in the late evening, Thread will be fought. Chill winds, summer temperatures dropping.
2 Damp air, though no rain, and generally gray skies.
4 Light rain all day. Chill temperatures.
5 Threadfall 12 beyond settled territory. No rain finally, but a cloud-filled sky. Light breezes and again, cool temperatures.
6 Weekly beach bonfire. Thick air, cold front comes in from the ocean.
7 No class. Continuing cold front, lower 40s temperatures.
8 Midday Threadfall 13 strikes the tip of land near the mouth of the Black Rock River, Thread will be fought. Still rather cold and in the 40s, windy.
9 A break in the cold. Temperatures reaching back up to the 60s, breezy at times.
10 Pleasant 60s outside, and a halt in the winds.
11 Late morning Threadfall 14 hits Barrier Hold and will be fought. Similar to yesterday's weather.
12 The third hatching will be today, please do not make any posts after this date until the hatching is over.
13 Weekly bonfire. Vicious winds and lower temperatures, gray cloudy skies, but no rain.
14 No class. Threadfall beyond settled land. Pouring rain and cold most of the day.
15 More rain, but lighter and with more stop-and-go.
16 Threadfall 16 strikes north of Kahrain Hold a few hours before sunrise and will be fought. Misting rain, slightly warmer.
17 Clear skies and chill air.
18 Warming up, some clouds.
19 Threadfall beyond settled land. Clear and crisp day.
20 Weekly bonfire. Foggy most of the day, averaging around high 50s.
21 No class. High 50s, some breeze and clouds.
22 Threadfall beyond settled land. Chill and clear day.
23 Clouds, breezes, around mid-50s.
24 Weather similar to previous day.
25 Threadfall 19 strikes the northernmost tip of land about Kahrain and Araby at the early evening. It will be fought. Breezier than recent days, about the same temperatures.
26 Light rain in the morning and evening.
27 Weekly bonfire. Thick air but no rain.
28 No class. Threadfall 20 hits Old Landing and the land south of New Landing in the late morning. It will be fought. Winds and rain off and on throughout the day.
