This is the past calendar used in Year 10.

Month 12, Year 10

1 � Morning fog and rain, temperatures cool. Clouds lifting by sunset.
2 � Bright sunshine. Clear and calm all day, temperatures cool and warming up nicely in the afternoon.
3 - Double fall, midday, over the ocean and the tip of the Macedonia, second fall over the western Ocean and won�t strike land. Thread won�t be fought at either location. Sunshine and warm temperatures.
4 � Chance of afternoon sun showers and light breezes, temperatures very warm.
5 � Dense fog socks in the hold until late evening, Threadfall preparations made.
6 � Weekly beach bonfire cancelled due to Thread; Threadfall begins over New Landing Hold and head southeast to end thirty miles south of Araby Hold. Because Thread is over such a densely populated area, everyone will be mobilized to fight. Threadfall is shortly after dusk making poor visibility and creating potential for many accidents. Sleds and ground crews use infrared scanners to detect Thread. Clearer day leading up to threadfall, ground still fairly damp and temperatures warm to average, chilly in the evening.
7 - No class. Partly cloudy, breezes from the North/Northeast.
8 � Sunshine, quite warm.
9 � Early morning fall Threadfall is along the northern shores of the Big Lake and will pass over the source of the Black Rock River. The area is sparely populated and Thread will still be fought. Sunshine, warm.
10 � Stiff Northerly breezes bordering on gusts, sleds will be grounded for a period of the afternoon to avoid wind damage.
11 � Calm and clear, chance of evening thunderstorms.
12 � Double fall over the Big Lake and the western side of the continent. Neither will be fought. Dense and permeating rain beginning before sunrise and continuing into the evening, rain stopping after midnight. Chance of flash flooding in runoff areas.
13 - Weekly beach bonfire. Overcast and dreary. Bonfire will be moved to the dining due to gloomy weather.
14 - No class. Overcast and warm becoming partly cloudy in the early afternoon.
15 � Late afternoon Threadfall begins over the ocean. The tail end will hit New Landing and end just a few miles inland. Thread will be fought. Hazy and humid, very warm.
16 � Clear and sunny, very warm.
17 � Clear and sunny, quite warm.
18 � Triple midday fall will hit Irene Island, Western Barrier Range, and the Jordan River fifty miles north of Barrier Hold. The fall over the Jordan River will be fought. The area is sparsely populated and Barrier Hold will lend support for ground crews. Clear and sunny, extremely warm, almost hot inland.
19 � Hot day with cool breezes, perfect southern day.
20 - Weekly beach bonfire � Clear day and a partly cloudy evening, dry air and no chance of rain.
21 - No class; Double Threadfall at night, one will hit the mountains south of Barrier Hold. The area is close to settlements so Thread will be fought. Barrier Hold will lend ground crews. Wind change from the south before sunrise, breezes dying after first light. Slightly cooler temperatures and dry.
22 � Sunny, clear and cool.
23 � Mostly sunny, warmer and evening clouds/fog.
24 � Midday Thread fall over both Kahrain and Araby holds. The area is very populated. Araby and Kahrain will provide ground crews but New Landing will lend additional support. More humidity and clouds, mostly to partly cloudy, warm.
25 � Partly cloudy, warm.
26 � Sunny, very warm to hot.
27 - Weekly beach bonfire, double fall beyond settled territory. Thread won�t be fought. Sunny day, clear calm night with few Oceanside gusts.
28 - No class � Sunny and hot, quite possibly the hottest day of the month. Miserable humidity.

Month 13, Year 10
Rather than progressing to month 1, there are two "limbo" days between month 13 and 1 that are celebratory days for the New Year.

1 - Morning mist/steam showers beachside, light winds in afternoon. Hot and muggy.
2 � Threadfall beyond New Landing Territory. Thread will not be fought. Steamy morning giving way to thick clouds in early evening. Particularly stunning lightning visible over the ocean. No rain.
3 � Rain moving in mid-day and continuing through the morning of the 4th.
4 � Heavy storms in morning, breaking at noon. Clear with quick cool breeze sweeping out clouds.
5 � Early morning Threadfall, just after dawn, begins along the western shore of the Black Rock River, see Fall 11 map. The area is settled and Thread will be fought. Clear and hot. By mid afternoon there should be an extreme heat watch. Caution for Threadfighters and sled pilots overheating.
6 � Weekly Beach Bonfire � Sweltering and muggy all day.
7 � No Class - Temperatures fall slightly to average summer temperatures, few clouds.
8 � Late night Threadfall is south of Barrier Hold, beyond settlements. Thread will not be fought. See Fall 12 on the map. Partly cloudy, warm.
9 � Partly cloudy and warm, evening showers further inland likely. Heat lightning visible after dark.
10 � Late afternoon clouds break up a stagnant warm day.
11 � Midday Threadfall is over the ocean north of the Black Rock River and will strike the northern most tips of land, where it will be fought. See Fall 13. Light rain will fall widely over the northern parts of the Southern continent concentrating on the Kahrain peninsula.. Things should in general be soggy or damp east of New Landing.
12 � Overcast, temperatures moderate. Muggy.
13 � Weekly Beach Bonfire � Overcast and stormy in the evening. Rain location of Bonfire in the dining hall.
14 � No Class. Late afternoon Threadfall directly over Barrier Hold and will be fought. See Fall 14 for exact location. Morning rain lightening to overcast, dull warm day. Muggy, moderate.
15 � Clearing in the morning, stale warm partly cloudy day. Evening heat lightning.
16 � Full sun, hot.
17 � Threadfall is beyond New Landing Territory and won�t be fought. Clear, hot. Evening Oceanside breezes.
18 � Windy in the morning, cooler.
19 � Cool, clouds rolling in and through in the evening, chance of rain hit or miss depending on location in peninsulas.
20 � Weekly Beach Bonfire. Threadfall is in the early morning, two hours before dawn, on the tip of the continent, north of Araby and Kahrain Holds. See Fall 16. Thread will be fought. � Windy on the faces of Araby and Kahrain, threadfall perilous from west winds. New Landing will experience breezes and warm temperatures.
21 � No Class � Muggy, hot.
22 � Extreme heat, late chance for storms through the night. One of the eggs is destroyed in an accident.
23 � Threadfall beyond New Landing Territory, Thread will not be fought. Clear, extreme heat day 2.
24 � Heat wave expected to last. Extreme heat day 3 and limiting out door activities.
25 � Extreme heat, day four.
26 � Threadfall is beyond New Landing Territory. Thread will not be fought. Extreme heat throughout the night giving way to a vicious storm through the morning hours, clouds clearing after sunset.
27 � Weekly Beach Bonfire cancelled in preparation for New Years � Temperatures near normal, breezes all day.
28 � No Class Work will be let out early in to set up for the next two days of celebrating and to welcome family and friends visiting from neighboring holds. Weather permitting, there will be a big kickoff celebration on the beach in the evening. Festivities will extend over the next two days where everyone from the neighboring holds will come gather, trade goods, and celebrate. Sunny and temperate.
Spare Day 1 - New Year's Eve - Break in the clebrations to fight a midday fall that hits the Northernmost tip of land north of Kahrain Hold. The fall is mostly over water, so a small area so light crews will cover the fall. See 19 on the Map. There will be a countdown to midnight when fire-works will be set off. Weather remains clear and moderately warm with mild humidity.
Spare Day 2 - New Year's Day 2 - Celebrating ends with tearful goodbyes as loved ones return to their homes. Weather is slightly cloudy, warm, and humid.
