ARTICLE VI
MEETINGS
Section 1. The GA shall hold its first meeting at the start of the
semester, which shall be called by the Chairperson at a time, date,
and place to be determined by the SC, provided that it shall not be
later than fifteen (15) school days after the start of regular classes
and shall be announced one week before.
Section 2. The SC may call special or emergency GA meetings. The
announcement of which shall be posted at least two days before such
meeting.
Section 3. The EC shall meet at least twice a month to be called by
the Chairperson. During such meetings, the Chairperson shall
report/update on monthly activities and present the SC program for the
coming months for assessment of the SC. Special or emergency meetings
may be called upon by any member of the EC, stipulating the urgency of
the agenda in the notices of the meetings to be signed by the
concerned EC member and issued by the Administrator for Internal
Affairs.
Section 4. Each of the Houses shall meet at least twice a month to be
called by the Speaker.
Section 5. A quorum of any meeting shall consist of a simple majority
of the voting members who may decide on any question at the meeting,
except those issues and matters where affirmative or negative vote is
required of greater proportion of the members.
