Article I
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 1. This Constitution shall be known as the � Constitution of
the University of the Philippines- National College of Public
Administration and Governance- Student Government.
Section 2. This Constitution shall govern the UP-NCPAG-SG.
Section 3. The National College of Public Administration and
Governance, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City shall
be the domicile of the UP-NCPAG-SG.
Section 4. For the purpose of this Constitution, the following shall
refer to
a. �UP-NCPAG�, University of the Philippines-National College of
Public Administration and Governance;
b. �NCPAG-SG�, National College of Public Administration and
Governance- Student Government;
c. �EC�, the Executive Council, the administrative and implementing
arm of the NCPAG-SG;
d. �LC�, the Legislative Council, the policy formulating arm of the
NCPAG-SG;
e. �SC� , the Student Council, the Executive Council and Legislative
Council collectively;
f. �GA�, the General Assembly, the body of all bonafide students of
the NCPAG excluding the incumbent members of the SC;
g. �USC�, the University Student Council
