ARTICLE II
DECLARATION OF PRINCIPLES and OBJECTIVES
Section 1. The NCPAG-SG adheres to the following principles:
a. The right of every Filipino to education must be recognized.
b. The academic freedom must be exercised in the college.
c. The student government should be autonomous, democratic and
participative.
d. Students� rights should be vigilantly promoted and protected.
e. Governance and public administration shall be important tools in
promoting and ensuring social justice in order to realize positive
transformation in Philippine society.
Section 2. The NCPAG-SG is committed to the attainment of the
following objectives:
a. Serve as the forum of the sentiments and interests of students of
the UP-NCPAG.
b. Develop the students� potentials to the fullest.
c. Harness the unity of the students of the UP-NCPAG through the
institutionalization of the participatory process in decision making
and collective actions on issues concerning the college, the
university, the country and the global community.
d. Promote ethics and accountability in public service. |
