อยากเห็น มาตาราฐานในการทำแบบ เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน เท่าทีเห็น ที่ผ่านมา พนักงานเปลี่ยนไปหลายรุ่นมีวิธีการในการทำแบบต่าง ๆ กันไป ก็เป็นเรื่องที่ปกติ ธรรมดา แต่ถ้าจะทำงานร่วมกัน  หรืองานเดียวกัน แบบที่จะออกมา ก็ต้องเป็นมาตราฐานเดียวกันเช่น
