File naming principles

Each file shall contain only one sheet, thus simplifying the identification and naming of the files.

Files shall be named to fit the following pattern. First, the discipline code followed by a hyphen, next the sheet sequence identifier followed by an optional user-definable, four-character code. The following illustration shows the pattern.
