Anything Else I Think of that Doesn't Have It's Own Catagory
During my recent trip to France, I picked up quite a few recipes from all over the world that I would love to share with people. That combined with the ever classic, hard to beat, completely wonderful Chocolate Chip Cookie. Basically, I love to cook and bake! Pretty much anything, pretty much anytime. The 12-year old version of me was going to be a caterer... So, I am now willing to open up my top-secret recipe vaults, and share with the world for the first time.... My Recipe Collection...
Recipe: Crepes

Country of Origin: France

Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons butter, melted

Preperation Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs and half the liquid. Gradually add in the rest of the liquid, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter and beat until smooth.

2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tile the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.

3. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, unil the bottom is a light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn a cook the other side. Serve hot.

4. You can serve these with practically anything. I like cinnamon and sugar, or with banannas and chocolate. But you can serve them with seafood, or cheeses or whatever.

Serves: 4
